Eraway Soundsystem

70’s club sound paired with modern audio reproduction.

 

The Eraway sound system has its own personality that can fill an entire room. Whether with sound or simply by its commanding presence as a design object. It effortlessly energizes warehouses with club-grade audio and uncompromising fidelity. As a collectible design piece eraway is found in galleries, museums, high-end retail spaces, and exhibitions. The four-way active system merges crystal-clear listening experiences with room-filling PA performance. Its architectural presence is expressed not only through its geometry but also through the unique acoustic character that only horn loudspeakers can provide.

The lower section draws inspiration from the infamous JBL 4530, a legendary folded bass horn cabinet celebrated for its visceral punch and physical impact. This foundation delivers the warmth and authority of classic 70’s club sound. Above it, the upper section is designed as a so-called synergy horn, where multiple drivers feed into a single horn flare. This approach aligns their outputs into one coherent point source, drastically reducing phase issues and creating exceptional clarity, focus, and presence across the listening field. The result is a system that feels immediate and natural, even at high volumes, with the immersive qualities of a true full-range point-source loudspeaker.
